The orange box says "Alameda co." But that county uses paper ballots & optical scanners.

They are seldom used during those years though. Maybe 200 uses twice a year every couple years.

It's misaligned. Hillary's vote should go to Roque De La Fuente. Touchscreens shouldn't be used.

We have a scanner that will reject ballots and allow the voter to fill in a brand new one.
