His action are way to cool and calm. Watch after the tazing. He drags the man and calmly drops the man on the curb. No there is some deep seated mental illness here. This cop is F'ed up.

Roid rage is uncontrolled and crazy. This cop is very scary.

A good example of why you should lock your doors.
