Muslims make up 1% of the population.

White people make up 63%.

If the quote is accurate a muslim is 9 times more likely to commit a mass shooting.

It just happens to be white people most of the time because they are the majority.

You could say white men make up 31.5% and Muslim man make up 1/2% but that doesnt change the odds.
