In reply to the discussion: LA and SF counties OFFICIALLY flipped - Sanders wins both! • Jun 27, 2016 at 1:09am UTC [View all]Sancho
(9,211 posts)In this case, the OP is someone speaking at a rally. There is no link or factual reference. As others have posted in the thread, the statement in the video is contradicted (or unverifiable) by official CA websites.
Meanwhile, it's not "new" that there were a bunch of uncounted ballots in CA. Over the last week or 10 days of counting, virtually nothing different in terms of outcome has been revealed, so unless ALL 500,000 ballots currently left go to one single Democratic candidate - the results will not change for the overall primary. No one believes that will happen.
There's nothing "new" in accusations of election manipulation. Hopefully CA's counting process is accurate even though there was some early confusion from new voters on how to register as a Democrat. As far as I can see from here in FL - that was resolved. I did not know if the OP was aimed at some new claim of voting fraud.
I was simply asking if the OP made some point that was new, or provided some new information. If not, it may be something of interest in a group (Bernie?) instead of in General Discussion: 2016.
I think that OPs on DU should usually make a clear point of the discussion or evidence. I think the title appears to be misleading at best.
