I've driven after drinking (and been nailed for it, even though-thankfully-no accident) and have driven semi-stoned. BELIEVE ME: You are so much more careful after smoking and somewhat more paranoid than after drinking, that the biggest problem is probably drawing attention attention to yourself by being TOO careful. Of course I'm not talking being blitzed out of your mind in either case; just a little social over-indulgence.
