Or if the real valuation for renting the facility is in between, say at $70K, then Trump only made a $65K payoff for dismissing the case and tRump is bilking his donors $70K by over-charging for his own facility, lining his pockets.

tRump's campaign was in full swing this spring when he charged his campaign the $140K.

Either way, Don the Con is fleecing somebody -- taxpayers, voters, Trump U victims, his own donors, or all four groups.
