12. Hollywood version of airbag deployment

A real airbag system would never deploy due to a minor hit like that unless it was severely malfunctioning. Real airbags are bigger and MUCH louder. Imagine an M-80 exploding near you with no warning. The guy would be dazed and terrified. His seatbelt pretensioner would have locked during a real deployment and remain locked afterward-he could not pull it out like that.
