...I also predict a short life span for this. Booby traps are generally illegal whether they are deadly or not. The first time a suit is filed after someone dies or nearly dies from choking on their own vomit, there will be a recall. Jurisdictions will swarm to outlaw sales and possession.

We will be lucky if this product is recalled and removed forever with someone's death or trip to prison.
