4. If Ron Paul wins Iowa it's going to throw the Republicans into chaos

Should be fun to watch- But if he gets the nomination -or runs as an independent as he's threatening to- I think the Republicans are underestimating his electability in the general election. Especially since there are quite a few likely Democratic voters who are disillusioned with Obama, and who are impressed enough with Paul's 'End the Empire' talk, and his 'Get Money Out of Politics' talk that they'll look past all the other crazy shit he represents and vote for him.

For the record, I'm one of those disappointed Obama voters. I like the thought of ending the empire and getting the money out of politics, but Ron Paul's downside is too big for me. Maybe it's because of that that I'm afraid he could actually win, because I think there are a good many people on the far left who like the same things I like about him and may not know or care about the rest.
