21. Have Not Lost Hope

I have not lost hope. I still believe the American people can turn this thing around. We the American people can stop Donald Trump and those like him. We have done it before. Even if Donald Trump get his entire cabinet he can be stopped. The rest of us have almost two years to organize, put forward candidates, and vote. If enough people vote in 2018 we can turn things around.

The Democratic Party needs to take these two years and organize its supporters. The party needs to go out and recruit people to run for office in 2018 and every future election. There needs to be a major effort made to train people (mainly in grassroots tactics) in all states and of all ages to become paid campaign staff.
