3. FOIA is a great tool

I do not have faith that the FBI always represents the best interests of all citizens. The selection process, with lie detector tests. along with the requirement to disclose party and idealogical affiliation, loyalty to the bureau instead of the public they should serve, are just a few of the negatives I have read, seen or heard of.
