The ad can say, "want to find out how to save 5,000 on your taxes, send 1.00 plus postage for this new updated information"...po box.....whatever.... ok so many will be what? no way, but there will be 1000's perhaps more that will say yey, its just 1.00...
so they send in the 1.00, a white piece of paper arrives that says things like, how to save on taxes and its a statement from internet or a top 10 list you see... 1. write off all medical payments, etc.....

now image 10,000 people in each state doing that....10,000 x 50 = yup 500,000


so there it is...
