Earlier this week I saw a tweet that noted, on page 33 of the Congressional Budget Office’s estimate of the Republicans’ health proposal, the CBO estimated that "outlays for Social Security benefits would decrease by about $3 billion over the 2017-2026 period.” Because the Republican health bill would help people die sooner.
