People like you and me are what psychologists would call "rational" or "need for information" people. We are persuaded by facts and argument.

Some people rely more on emotions. "Need for Emotion" people or voters.

And some people are just busy with their lives and don't follow politics much - they rely on snippets of Fox or conserva-hate radio they hear, or what their friends and family say.

I don't think we should judge the differences between people too much.

The people I can REALLY hold responsible, however, are people like Ailes and Murdoch and Limbaugh and Bannon and Mercer. Who lie to Americans for fun and profit. Those guys are the real bad guys in this story.
