hasn't even bothered to hide his membership in ALEC. He's a former minister, a college grad, not stupid, but nevertheless a bundle of inadequacies for his job--and he has no idea and wouldn't care if he did. He's a betraying scoundrel who just wrote to inform us about all the lives the ACA had ruined in our district.
