The issue at hand is corrupt lobbyists, and how corruption changes the way Democratic politicians act, and for whom they act.
We know that the GOP is a completely corrupt organization, from stem to stern. But it isn't too much to hope that the Democratic party can recognize the rot in the system, and think about ways of protecting itself against that rot.
If you argue with that, you are objectively pro-corruption.
