3. Who knows and who cares. Riverside Church has hosted a number of world-famous guest speakers....

They've been highly active in various social rights movements: LGBT movements, immigration rights, and anti-torture campaigns among them. Many of their forums have raised funds for such movements or to help less fortunate members of their community and New York City as a whole, as Hillary Clinton's is tomorrow. At $75 per seat, if 500 show up that would mean something like $30,000 + for Camp Olmsted.

Others who have spoken at Riverside Church over the years have been Hillary's husband, Bill Clinton, Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, the Dalai Lama, Cesar Chavez, and even Fidel Castro.

Many have appeared without compensation, and many (not all ) have appeared to raise funds for worthy causes.
