No idea who he was at the time, only later did I read that he's a 38 year old sports reporter on Fox. Why was his POV relative a discussion about Jemele Hill's comments on Trump's controversial racist comments?

He was acting more like an 18 yo frat brat with that sexist comment about "First Amendment and boobs" aimed at a woman news anchor. Brooke Baldwin was absolutely stunned and she was rightly offended, but the creep doubled down and then keeps on doing so after being told several times he’s being inappropriate. He actually asked her, “You don’t love boobs too?”, like he was looking for a pick up in a sleazy dive bar instead of a guest on CNN.

It was a real dick thing to do, and a CNN spokeswoman said Travis' 15 minutes of fame is over and he will not be invited back on the network's air.
