That was scribbled on a note on some show the other night, talking about what Gen Kelly's role was in trying to oversee Trump.
I wonder how many people caught the reference? In the show, a pivotal moment came when Leo was recounting how he talked Bartlett into running - he wrote on a note what would be their main policy: Let Bartlett Be Bartlett.

Sometimes I try to drift away for a few minutes and imagine that Bartlett is President and Trump is the star of some wild dystopian TV show.
