to "Imagine if Obama, or any other president, said that". We have grown numb to the dotard. The video is a way to separate his unacceptable (for anyone else) behavior from the dotard himself so one can look at it on its own. Or something like that.

They should maybe do one with Pope Francis and the Access Hollywood tapes.
