But it does make sense. Maybe it was Putin who told him to say "If I don't win, then the election is rigged" immediately after the 3rd debate with Hillary. Remember that?

I thought he was playing to his fans and working them into a good rage. At that point we all thought Hillary was going to win.

What a creep. What an asshole. He's a traitor.
