They should have asked that cop to demonstrate how someone CRAWLS with their legs crossed and their hands flat out in front of them. And WHY hardly a word from his partner? Probably afraid he'd get holed too!

This "lawman" should be sentenced to a life of cleaning out zoo cages - with the animals in them.
