Hitchens' ideas here describe neocons' belief systems. I've read his biography. He's not a neocon.

He admitted to agreeing with neocons over wars that end believer aggressions, but he was a socialist and liberal in all other respects.

If you're going to bother to respond, please at least use subjects and verbs, since single words tend to be too difficult for anyone to correctly understand.
