What a lot of people don’t understand is that many of the homeless in this country have full-time jobs. They’ve been priced out of their apartments and can’t afford to get into another one. We have two-bedroom apartments with two or three families living in them. Maybe one adult will stay home to take care of the kids since daycare is out of reach. The rest are working at least full-time, and often more than that with multiple jobs.

Like billionaire, Nick Hanauer, warns, the pitchforks are coming.
