He posts a video with no commentary, and it's always a video by some guy who is talking talking talking. It's not a news report or anything. On Youtube, you get money every time someone clicks on your video. I accidentally clicked on it, but my rule is not to click on videos without a written summary or commentary by the poster, esp pinpointing where in the video is the meat of the video that relates to the title.
