Just after he gets done saying what "a great relationship" they have, he does something totally demeaning and condescending to Macron. Macron should have kneed him in the nuts (if he has any nuts) and said, "Ooh, I wanted to knock that mosquito off your pecker, Mr. President. I know that piece of equipment hasn't worked in quite some time, but a man your age needs all the blood he has."

What a fucking jerk!
