Dancer Fred Astaire was tops, an American icon. His sister and early dance partner Adele, was also an accomplished dancer, singer and performer. In the 1920s, the performing duo was a sensation in London where Adele made lasting ties. In 1932 she m. Lord Charles Cavendish, the Duke of Devonshire. ~ Anglo-American tribute time!

Several song recordings by the Astaires exist. But no known films of them dancing, except one brief clip.
