2. I doubt there was a specific contract but what he said is most important and

really surprising that this is not discussed more ie Trump can pardon who he wants but if they have been through the Mueller process of pleading guilty and spilling their guts subsequently, that evidence still stands. Surely it's even better as Flynn cannot then plead the 5th.
