35. He was talking about how some people have "it" and some don't.

It was the 8/23/12 Tonight Show with Jay Leno on NBC. He was saying, and I'm paraphrasing, that there are some people who have this certain magical quality that when they are in a room, they just draw people to them. He said Barack Obama has that quality, and so does Sarah Palin, although he lamented that she does not have that quality when she is in a little close-up box on the screen like they have been showing her on Fox News. He thinks she needs to be allowed to work the crowd. And I think he said he did not think Mitt had this same magic. Jay Leno giggled through it all.
