One other little-known, but very meaningful for those affected, result of Brexit will relate to the border between Gibraltar and Spain. Although not nearly as consequential as the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic, Spain will likely once again assert its sovereignty over Gibraltar. Membership in the EU mooted that longstanding quarrel.

Both the UK and Spain signed some bilateral agreements w/r/t this issue in Nov 2018. But the MoUs describing the agreements apply only to the transition period. Under a hard Brexit, they would likely evaporate.
