Which statute did Mueller improperly use and why.
Which statute did you substitute as the right law and why.

Those were obviously follow-up questions that went unasked.

And what is the purpose of the Special Counsel law if the conflicted Attorney General is the one making all of the key final decisions. Either Barr broke the law in a power grab or the law is fatally flawed.
