Does the PA Senate not have a sgt-at-arms ?

This LOUD-MOUTH BASTARD was told - twice - by the Senate president that Ms. Muth had the floor. So, WHY is he still screeching like this ? He is out of order.

Would he have done this to one of his male collegues ?
