7. What is up with the cut in the tape at the around the 24:05 mark?

Chris says something to, "the FBI wanted you to continue your association to get information. They never told you to have a romantic relationship with her."...... cut......"told me to breakup with her and they had something else for me to do.".......

The question is; did the FBI ask him to have a relationship with her, or did they not......

What dialog was cut from the tape?
