5. All right, except the ''army'' is not an army per say.

They don't have uniforms apart from their ridiculous tea-shirts and maga-hats.

They don't do regular (daily?) drills like a real ''army'' does.

They won't communicate to assemble at specific locations in order to ''attack'' their perceived ''enemy'' or if they occasionally do, all we see is a bunch of idiot lunatics on street corners spreading their Dear Leader's & hate media's propaganda, or even in parks (a few dozens of them attend). The next day, they all have to go back to work or most of them do. And what would happen to them if a few (given that most of them are either cowards with dirty loud mouths) of them would jump the shark and actually go on the ''attack'' anywhere? Wouldn't local police departments respond by doing their jobs? Or would they just stay on the sidewalks doing nothing?

There are ''basic'' laws against ''physically attacking'' civilians everywhere in the country and law-enforcement officers have a job to do, even using SWAT teams if need be.

That whole ''dump army'' argument is over used.

Some relatively ''small'' groups of criminals could do some relatively ''small'' damages (sadly for the eventual victims) before they'd get themselves in real troubles pretty quickly, but to fear they would start a 'civil war' at large is kind of ridiculous, and therefore, should not be realistically invoked as often as we hear, IMHO.
