And all this time I thought George W. was the master of making up words. I believe he meant to say "surety", but this entire clip sounds like he's coming down off a 3 day cocaine and Jack Daniels bender. This must have been before his first Adderall fix of the day.

What a gigantic tool. And there are people in this country who think he's the epitome of what a president should be.
