It is extremely likely that I was exposed to CV-19 in mid January, in my own home, for two days. She had all the symptoms except pneumonia, and was quite sick. As usual, when exposed to cold or flu, I took high doses of vitamins A & D for about 3 days. I had minor symptoms and some fatigue for about a week. I am over 70.

I also use/used homeopathic medicines for cold/flu. They work very well for me.
