So he/she got caught getting high (on what?) at school? Who is at fault? And pray tell, forced drug rehab? And all of the other shit you mention? Where do you live? I ask so I can avoid going any where near such a fucked up hellhole that they take away so many rights and indeed, the very future of my own child.
