Check out his other videos. He does have huge cojones, but on the other hand, we shouldn't have to be so afraid of the police if we are not engaged in criminal activity.

The intimidation does not necessarily reflect the actual legality of a situation and does not suspend our rights. He is making that point. The risks he takes are actually helping people and promoting freedom over tyranny. When cops are tyrants, they cease to be public servants and treat us as if we exist to be controlled by them in all situations. That control they assume and assert is only contextual and it must have its limits demonstrated.

The question comes down to the source and legitimacy of authority. In many cases, law enforcement is contending that they have both without necessarily being correct.
