shows that he's at least border line demented. And that he doesn't recognize that that is cray-cray says it all. He goes on about how hard the last questions on the test were. I guess they were compared to one of the first questions—naming animals pictured.

We are in sad shape with this bozo in the WH. 140,000 have died, and most didn't have to because of his incompetence.
