I suspect that he's once again pulling something out of his giant butt, but I figured that I'd ask others here if there's some kind of actual law that he's referencing?!

So we can ignore governor mandates (it was held in NJ) for public safety as long as it's deemed a "peaceful protest" according to our idiot-in-chief?

"Didn't you hear that we can fire bullets in the air of this congested city because it's a peaceful protest about gun laws?"
