I wonder just how long they project their insane and backward plan to reach herd "mentality"?

It seems like it would be over a couple years or longer.

That also means that countries that are not under the control of rogue dictators like we are will have no other choice but to keep their travel bans from the US in place, so Americans will be isolated in that sense. Is that in the plan, too?
