Pres. Biden should just start nominating Justices and the Senate should confirm them because ... Mitch McConnell couldn't see a vacancy he didn't want to see, and couldn't see a nominee he didn't want, well, Democrats can't see a vacancy either, so why can't they use the Lindsey Graham Rule and ignore quorum requirements? McConnell-Graham is the lay of the land now, isn't it?

The virus doesn't exist. Masks are useless. Vacancies aren't there. Well now vacancies are there. Put new Justices on the Court.
