Who believe that they don't sin. They used too, then they accepted Jesus and followed his command to go forth and sin no more. We had a guy come yell at us at my college ever Friday (made for cheap entertainment for students) on the library lawn, and he claimed this. He also said something about how he could walk on water with God's help and instantly regretted it when I yelled in my best Monty Python peasant voice, "THROW 'IM IN THE POND!" and got a chant of that going. We never did, which is a shame.
