is synthetic delta-9-THC and is not as effective compared to marijuana. I have seen it used in oncology with less than adequate results. I would like to see marijuana legalized nationally for medical use. I have not seen any proof that the Pharma companies are trying to block the legalization of marijuana but it is a widely held meme in this country.
