4. Not sure what he could comment on in this particular issue

While he certainly could comment on historic Trump tactics, lies, etc. not sure what would be directly pertinent to if Trump incited insurrection. And as noted by others on this string, Cohen's own character and the possibility that this is revenge rather than value added facts would be questioned.
