because he always thinks he the smartest person in any room, but there isn't an Attorney in the world that would defend him if he did. It would give old orange-ass a chance to talk to his people again, and you know how much he'd love that. I'm sure he'd throw in a plug for some grifting fundraiser he's fleecing his people with, again.

Yeah, DJT would live to "testify", but he wouldn't want to answer any questions about his traitorous actions of January 6. He's so convinced he's done nothing wrong, you know? Also a BIG PLUS is knowing Senate republicans are still so terrified of his supporters that they'll never find him guilty.
