I guess it's the natural result of emersion in an environment of:
2nd amendment misinterpretation
Christo-fascistic morality
irresponsible "freedom"
susceptibility to dogma and propaganda
enamorment for flaggy paradery
hero worship
and other silly ideas that have fallen into their thought-traps
