12. I don't think the "I was only following orders" defense is going to work.

Actions have consequences. I think he should get out of jail after, and only after, he finishes his prison sentence for the crimes we all too clearly saw he committed.

This guy is going to lose everything he owned, and his family will probably end up on welfare. His wife may have to go into some sort of care facility, and any young children will either be taken in by relatives, or the state's social services.
Thank God for the socialist state. It protects families from the stupidity of guys like him.
