10. I find most conspiracy theories humorous...but

If you can't see that this object bounced after it hit the lectern (it was not placed), then perhaps some new glasses. I have no idea what it was. It very well could have been a very stiff handkerchief...a folded, metal handkerchief to wipe the synthetic oil he sweats. Or, it could have been note cards bound in some fashion.

If you expect that these thieves will do anything to win (short of open conflict), why is this shocking and so easily disregarded. There is a gnawing desperation on the necon side to win. It is far easier to pillage the country from a position of power.
