7. Everyone of the voter suppression laws are being legally challenged. According to Marc Elias

They are poorly written, illegal and unconstitutional and will not stand in the courts, at least the most egregious parts. It would be great if HR1 passes...but this point we can’t count on it.

Just as post election 2020 proved the courts even with frump appointed judges follow the constitution very closely and are not willing to support laws that clearly deny Americans the right to vote or overturn clear wins. If they try, it will go to SCOTUS. They were not even willing to hear some of the cases where frump and cronies wanted the election results overturned
